Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email dieselsrus1943@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll send return instructions and an RMA number within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back at your cost (unless we shipped the wrong/defective item, in which case we cover return shipping).
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
- Custom-printed items (made-to-order tees, magnets, custom prints)
- Performance parts that have been installed or show signs of installation
- EGR delete kits, delete plates, and catless downpipes that have been installed — these are off-road/racing-use-only parts and cannot be resold once installed
Defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement size or item.
