1. Who we are

Diesels R Us is a small performance shop based in Houston, TX. "We", "us", "our" refer to Diesels R Us. "You" refers to anyone using this site or buying from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products & pricing

We try to keep product info, photos, and pricing accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct mistakes or cancel orders affected by them (and refund you in full).

4. Off-road / racing use only

Emissions-related products on this site — including EGR delete kits, delete plates, CCV relocation kits, and catless downpipes — are sold strictly for off-road, closed-course, and racing use. They are not for use on vehicles operated on public roads. Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local emissions, noise, and motor-vehicle laws.

5. Installation

Performance parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can damage your vehicle and void warranties. We are not responsible for damage caused by installation or use of parts purchased from us.

6. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties (where they exist) are passed through to the buyer. Apparel is covered by our 30-day return policy. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diesels R Us is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or installation of products purchased from us. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Intellectual property

The Diesels R Us name, logo, and content on this site are our property. Don't copy or reproduce them without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version always lives at this URL.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
